. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

2. Returning Your Item

Once you notify us of cancellation

  • You must return the goods within 14 days 

  • Items should be returned:

    • Unused and in original condition (as far as reasonably possible)

    • With original packaging where possible

⚠️ You may be liable for any reduced value if the item is used beyond what is necessary to inspect it 

3. Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day period, you are entitled to a full refund:

  • Includes:

    • Cost of the item

    • Standard delivery cost (if paid) 

  • Excludes:

    • Premium/express delivery upgrades

We will process your refund:

  • Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, OR

  • Within 14 days of receiving proof of return (whichever is earlier) 

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Return Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise

  • If we failed to inform you of this, we will cover the cost 

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

  • We will cover return shipping costs

  • You may also be entitled to additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 

6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Under UK law, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. pet treats)

  • Sealed items (e.g. hygiene products) once opened
